Honestly it works pretty well for normal to medium period pain and somehow helpful in decreasing severe pain as well , mainly when we struggle with back pain and leg pain more than cramps and this device actually helps with that. You just have to figure out the right spot to apply it which u will get to know by hit and trial untill u don’t get the right spot keep changing its position, and once you do it does give relief. I’ve tried it on my lower back and for legs on lower abdomen ) when the pain travels down and it does make a difference. Not saying it’ll take the pain away completely but it definitely makes it more manageable, and in normal to medium pain give impressive resukts , Good option if you don’t want to keep taking painkillers every time. Worth trying especially if back and leg pain is your main issue during periods and normal to medium abdomen pain , in severe pain it coudnot give complete relief but does help in decreasing it to some extent .
