Eligible Products
At Matri, only Matri Pro devices are eligible for return under our Satisfaction Guarantee.
No other products, including gel pads, accessories, gift wrap, or add-on items, are eligible for return or refund unless they are received in a damaged or faulty condition.
Satisfaction Guarantee
The 15 days Satisfaction Guarantee from the date of delivery is applicable only to Matri Pro Menstrual Pain Relief Devices purchased directly from our official website.
- The return request must be raised within the applicable return period.
- The device must be returned with all original accessories, packaging, manuals, and invoice.
- The product must not be physically damaged, tampered with, or misused.
- This guarantee does not apply to gel pads, accessories, gift wrap, or any other products.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If any product reaches you in a damaged, faulty, or tampered condition, please contact our Customer Support Team within 2–3 business days of delivery.
- A clear and genuine unboxing video is mandatory.
- The damaged or affected area of the product must be clearly visible.
- The product’s original tags and packaging should remain untouched.
- Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
If the package appears tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery and send the package back with the courier.
Exchange & Return Policy
- Only eligible items are entitled for exchange if they are received damaged or faulty.
- No change-of-mind return, exchange, or refund will be accepted.
- No size exchange will be applicable.
- Products must be unused and returned with original packaging, invoice, tags, and accessories.
Refund Policy
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited only to the original payment method.
- For Cash/Pay on Delivery orders, bank details and a cancelled cheque leaf must be shared with our Customer Support Team.
- The beneficiary name should match either the billing name or shipping name.
- Gift wrap charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Partially paid amounts will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Pay/Cash on Delivery charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Refund Timeline
Once the returned product passes quality inspection and the refund is approved, the refund will typically be credited within 5–7 banking days.
