Is it hard to insert or remove a menstrual cup?

the flexible silicone cup (we recommend the C-fold or Punch-down fold) and
insert it. Once inside, it pops open to create a vacuum seal. To remove, gently
pinch the base to release the seal and pull.

Can I pee or have a bowel movement with the cup in?
